摘要
代际传承是家族企业问题研究的持续焦点,随着女性参与家族企业经营管理的数量日益增多,性别与继承成为这一领域研究的新动向。文章主要从家族企业的继承制度出发,对家族企业的"长子继承"及其对女儿继承的影响进行了系统归纳和评述,并对"父—女"、"母—女"两种女儿继承模式进行了初步的比较分析,希望对国内家族企业女儿继承问题有所借鉴。
Succession is a continuing hot topic for family business.And following to more and more female family members joining in the family business,gender and succession maybe a new field for researchers.This paper,based on inheritance norm of family business,makes a literature review on the problem of "primogeniture" and daughters' succession,and then,takes a comparative study on "father-daughter" and "mother-daughter".Finally,comments and suggestions for future directions are given.
