摘要
改革开放以来,我国的民族法制建设取得了巨大的成就,但是在西部大开发的背景下如何实现从民族法制到民族法治的转变,成为民族地区法治建设的关键。结合民族地区的实际情况,探讨民族地区法治化建设的几个基本问题。
China legal construction of minority has had a great achievement since reforming and opening-up,but how to realize the change from legal system to rule by law in minority areas under the background of western development is the key in the legalization.This paper is to study several basic problems about legalization in minority areas with their realities.
