摘要
在市场经济条件下,民族经济发展需要以民族法治建设作保障,促进民族经济持续快速健康协调稳定的发展。按照“十一五规划”的战略目标要求,56个民族的法治意识的增强和提高,对促进民族经济协调发展具有重大的理论和实践意义。
In market economy, in order to grasp the precious chance, to develop continuously, fast, balancely and stably, the development of ethnic economy should be based on ethnic legal construction. Conforming to the requirements of the strategic target of ＂the eleventh program of five years＂, and in order to enhance people＇s legal knowledge, to accelerate balancedly the economic development of 56 nations in our country, this paper analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of ethnic legal construction for the development of ethnic economy.
