摘要
城市社区公共空间应当是城市社区物理空间与人际互动空间的结合。目前,上海市城市社区公共空间中冲突的表现主要有:私人空间对城市社区公共空间的影响,市场经营对城市社区公共空间的影响,管理机制对城市社区公共空间的影响等。城市社区公共空间冲突消解的实现途径,是构建人际互动机制,主要包括:构建以多方联席会议为轴心的多种形式的协商机制;听证会走进社区,既协商又决策;开辟"网上居委会",构建网络公共空间中的协商渠道等等。
The research shows that public space of the city community should contain physical space and interpersonal space.At present,conflicts of public space in Shanghai urban community are mainly caused by private space,the influence of market operation in community,the influence of management mechanism in community.We think,conflict-resolution of public space in urban community is to construct the interpersonal interaction mechanism,including：to construct the consultation mechanism;Public Hearing System should be taken into policy-making in community;to construct the consultation in network public space.
