摘要
采用转矩流变测试平台测试不同长度、不同含量的汉麻纤维(HF)与聚乳酸(PLA)共混流变性能.结果表明,HF/PLA的最大扭矩、平衡扭矩和扭矩平衡时间远大于纯PLA的扭矩和扭矩平衡时间.当纤维长度一定时,平衡扭矩、扭矩平衡时间随着HF含量的增加而增大,且HF含量越高,平衡扭矩增加幅度越大;当纤维含量一定时,最大扭矩、平衡扭矩、扭矩平衡时间随着纤维长度的增加而增大,并在HF为4mm时,平衡扭矩增加幅度较大.HF的加入在不同程度上增加了PLA熔体的表观粘度.
Rheological properties of poly-lactic acid(PLA) and hemp fiber(HF) with different lengths and different contents were tested by torque rheometer.Results indicate that maximum torque,balancing torque and the time at balanceable torque of HF/PLA is far more than PLA.When the length of fiber is constant,the contents of HF raised,balancing torque and the time at balanceable torque increased.And the higher content of HF,the faster increasing rate.When the content of fiber is constant,if the length of fiber increased,the maximum torque,balancing torque and the time at balanceable torque increased.When the length of HF is 4mm,growth rate of balancing torque is faster.Viscosity of PLA is rising to some extent when adding HF.
