钬激光在输尿管结石的应用307例报告 被引量:8

摘要 目的总结钬激光治疗输尿管结石307例的体会。方法输尿管结石307例,结石分布在输尿管上段、中段、下段分别为51、97、159例,通过6.9/7.4F半硬输尿管镜用钬激光碎石。结果输尿管镜置镜成功率为99.7%,输尿管上、中、下段碎石、排石成功率分别为68.6%、97.9%和99.4%。在输尿管上段碎石过程中并发输尿管穿孔2例。全组均有不同程度的肉眼血尿,高热5例,无输尿管撕脱、断裂等严重并发症发生。结论钬激光治疗输尿管结石是一种有效的微创手术,应用较细的输尿管镜可提高进镜机率。 【Objective】To summarize the experiences of Ho:YAG for ureteric calculis.【Method】A total of 307 cases of ureteric calculis.Located in the upper ureteral stones,the middle and lower segments were 51 cases,97 cases,159 cases,respectively.All cases were treated with 6.9/7.4 F semihard ureteroscope.【Result】The successful ratio of insertion of 6.9/7.4F semihard ureteroscope was 99.7%.And the successful rate of lithotripsy and removal of the stones at the upper,middle and lower part of ureter were 68.6%,97.9% and 99.4%,resperctively.The ureter perforation happened in 2 cases at upper part of ureter.Gross hematuria happened in all cases with different degree.5 cases of high were fever.No severe complications such as avulsion and rupture of ureter happened.【Conclusion】Ho:YAG laser for ureteric calculis is a kind of effective minimally invasive operation,the fine ureteroscope could increase the insertion rate.
