摘要
在pH=6.8的Na2HPO4-NaH2P04缓冲体系中,采用酶动力学方法研究了槟榔花沸水提取物(BWE)对酪氨酸酶活力的抑制作用。结果表明,BWE对酪氨酸酶的活性有良好的抑制作用,其IC50值为0.77 mg/mL。BWE对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用表现为非竞争性抑制,表观米氏常数(Km)为0.35 mM,抑制常数(KI)为0.13 mg/mL。
The change rule of four micro-nutritive elements including Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in different leaf arrangement of coconut was studied.The results showed that the four micro-nutritive element’s content was different in different trees.On the whole,the content of Fe,Mn,Zn increased while the that of Zn declined from NO.3 leaf to NO.37 leaf.The change scope of Fe,Mn,Cu,and Zn was 31.59187.3,22.06221.0,3.459.78,10.350.0 mg/kg,respectively.
