摘要
以NaZSM-5分子筛、Ce(N03)3·6H2O为原料通过浸渍-煅烧法制备了Ce02/NaZSM-5分子筛,利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)以及热重一差热分析(TG)等技术对材料表面化学状态和体相结构进行了表征,考察了煅烧温度、Ce添加量对分子筛降低主流烟气中烟草特有N-亚硝胺的影响。结果表明:在400℃煅烧制备的CeO2/NaZSM-5分子筛按4%添加量添加到烟丝中对烟草特有N-亚硝胺降低效果较好,对主流烟气中的烟草特有N-亚硝胺总量降低率达33.6%,对NNK的降低率达25.7%。
CeO2/NaZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized by soakaging-calcining method using NaZSM-5 and Ce(NO3)3·6H2O as raw materials. Effects of calcination temperature and Ce loading amount on the reduction of tobacco-specific nitrosamines in cigarette mainstream smoke was examined. The product was characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) , high resolution transmission electron microscopy( HRTEM), and thermogravimetry (TG)to verify the surface chemical state and the structure of the CeO2/NaZSM-5 zeolite. Results indicated that the optimum calcinated temperature for CeO2/NaZSM-5 zeolite to reduce tobacco-specific nitrosamines was 400℃ and the optimum dosage in cigarettes was 4 %, the gross of tobacco-specific nitrosamines was reduced by 33.6 %, and the NNK was decreased by 25.7%.
