高温熔融研制岩石标准玻璃方法初步研究:以玄武岩为例 被引量:4

摘要 探索了利用高温炉合成玄武岩玻璃制作原位微区主微量元素含量分析的标准物质的实验条件。选取玄武岩标准物质GBW07105(GSR-3)进行高温熔融、淬火实验研究,获得玄武岩玻璃,为合成其他地质样品微区分析标准参考物质的研制提供了参考方法。用激光剥蚀-四极杆等离子体质谱(LA-Q-ICPMS)对样品微区46个主元素和微量元素进行了分析。结果表明,制成的玄武岩玻璃在微区主元素和微量元素均一性好,精密度均优于10%,可作为微区分析的内部标准物质。在36个微量元素中,LA-Q-ICPMS分析测定值与本研究化学法得到的测定值之间的相对偏差均优于10%。研究建议对GSR-3部分元素的标准值进行修正。 This article discusses the synthetic method of reference materials for in situ microprobe analysis of major and trace elements by using high-temperature furnace. We select basalt reference material GBW07105 (GSR-3) for high temperature fusion, quenching research to obtain basalt glass, which provides a reference synthetic method for other geological standard reference materials for microprobe analysis. Forty-six major and trace elements were analyzed by laser ablation-qnadrupole inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (LA-Q-ICPMS). The results show that major and trace elements of the basalt glass have good precision and accuracy in microprobe analysis, which are better than 10%. So the basalt glass can be used as an intralab standard material in microprobe analysis. In 36 trace elements, the relative deviations of measured values obtained by LA-Q-ICPMS from the reference values obtained by chemical method are generally better than 10%. The standard values of some elements in GSR-3 are supposed to be amended based on this study.
