摘要
为使废弃物可资源化利用,以七台河电厂排出的粉煤灰为原料,通过焙烧活化、浸硅、提铝、聚合等工艺,制备聚合硅酸铝铁絮凝剂。煤泥水絮凝实验表明:当pH为3,熟化温度为60℃,n(Si):(n(Al)+n(Fe))为1∶1,n(Al)∶n(Fe)为2∶1时,制备的絮凝剂的絮凝效果最佳,煤泥水剩余浊度达98 NTU。聚硅酸铁铝的红外光谱分析显示,该絮凝剂中含有羟基络合物。该研究可为电厂废弃物利用提供新思路。
Aimed at seeking the new ways for utilizing solid wastes,this paper introduces the preparation of polysilicate aluminium ferric flocculant(PSAF) out of the fly ash,the raw material selected from Qitaihe power plant,depending on processes such as roasting,activating,silicon leaching,aluminum extraction,and polymerization.The paper describes the flocculation experiment of slime water performed by using PSAF to determine the best preparation conditions.The results show that:with the pH value of 3,the curing temperature of 60℃,n(Si):(n(Al) + n(Fe)) of 1:1 and n(Al):n(Fe) of 2:1,the prepared flocculant gives the best effect and the residual turbidity of 98 NTU.The infrared spectroscopic analysis of PSAF shows the presence of hydroxyl complexes in the flocculant.This study could provide a new approach to utilizing power plant wastes.
