摘要
以当地电厂产生的废弃物-粉煤灰为主要原料,使其与聚丙烯酰胺杂化制备复合絮凝剂,并对当地洗煤厂产生的煤泥水进行沉降处理研究,通过单因素实验考察杂化比例、投放量、搅拌时间、沉降时间对处理效果影响.实验结果表明:当杂化比例为2∶10,投放量2 g,搅拌时间为5 min,沉降时间20 min时,该条件下煤泥水的COD去除率可达到60.26%,SS的去除率可达到98.31%.
With the local power plant of waste-fly ash as the main raw materials,we made it with polyacrylamide to preparate composite flocculant,and studied the treatment effect of local coal slime water sedimentation. This paper investigated the influence hybrid ratio,collecting volume,stirring time,settling time through the single factor experiment. The experimental results showed that when the rate of hybridization was 2∶10,collecting volume was 2 g, stirring time was 5 min,settling time was 20 min,under the condition of the coal slime water COD removal rate could reach to 60.26%and the SS removal rate could reach to 98.31%.
