摘要
针对自然博物馆标本杀菌的特殊要求,设计并搭建了一座超低温冷库,为满足标本杀菌时对最低稳定温度、降温速率、长时保温以及可控复温的严格要求,冷源由一套简单复叠式低温制冷系统和两套高温机一机两用的可切换式复叠式制冷系统组成。经过长期运行发现,在允许的波动范围内,该冷库系统完全满足标本杀菌的温度控制要求,运行稳定、可靠。
For the special demand of specimen disinfection in natural museum, an ultra - low temperature refrigeration storage has been designed and built, which can meet the specimen disinfection' s requirement for the stable minimum temperature, the speed of temperature reduction, the insulation for long - time and the controllable re -warming ability.
