摘要
随着人民生活水平的提高,对高品质的食品需求也相应增大。这个问题的解决应该说很大程度上依赖于冷藏链的完善程度。在中国,超低温的冷藏链发展迅速,但各环节技术都有待完善。作为在冷藏链中的小型超低温冷库,急需我们进行相关的研究以适应发展的需要。本文介绍了上海理工大学最近新建的超低温冷库性能实验装置的系统设计,并对设计过程中出现的问题进行分析,以供设计参考。还拟定并且提出针对现有的系统所能进行的研究方向。
With the living condition developing, people's demand for high quality food is increasing. The solution of this problem is depended on the cold chain largely. In china, the ultra-low temperature cold chain is quickly developing; otherwise the technology of every link should be improved. For small ultra-low temperature cold store in cold chain, we should research in advance to qualify demand of technology. This article introduces the system design of an ultra-low temperature cold store recently built in Shanghai University of Science and Technology; and analyzes some issues in design process to provide reference, then analyzes performance of this system and put forward direction of research about this ultra-low temperature cold store.
