降低安钢炼铁生产成本研究

Study on reducing the production cost of ironmaking in Anyang Steel

摘要 结合安钢实际,提出了降低生铁成本的建议:1)实施烧结矿喷洒氯化钙溶液技术,以降低烧结矿的还原粉化率;2)采用高碱度烧结矿加酸性球团矿加少量块矿的合理炉料结构;3)发挥高压操作的作用;4)改善炉渣理化性能,实现低硅铁冶炼;5)使用焦丁并改善焦炭质量。由于采取这些措施,安钢降低吨铁成本17元,焦比降至330 kg/t。 Some suggestions to reduce the ironmaking cost for Anyang Steel are presented.The suggestions are as follows: 1) adopting calcium chloride spray technology to reduce RDI of sinter;2) optimizing burden design by using "high basicity sinter + a small amount of acid pellet+ lump ore";3) making full use of high top pressure operation;4) improving slag properties to smelt low silicon pig iron;5) improving coke quality and using coke nut to reduce coke rate.Thanks to above-mentioned measures the cost of ironmaking in Anyang Steel decreased by 17 RMB per ton of pig iron and coke ratio reduced to 330kg/t.
