摘要
讨论了FeO含量对烧结矿冷强度和烧结矿低温还原粉化率RDI+3.15的影响。降低烧结矿中的FeO含量有利于提高烧结矿还原性,但是过低的FeO含量会降低RDI+3.15。研究发现,降低料层厚度和混合料水分、提高配碳量和焦粉粒度均能提高烧结矿中FeO含量;另外,降低R、提高SiO2含量也可以提高FeO含量。
The influence of FeO content on the cold intensity and the reduction degradation index in low temperature (RDI+3.15) are discussed. Decreasing the FeO content in sinter is propitious to increasing the reducibility, but too low FeO content will reduce the RDI+3.15. Investigation shows that decreasing the bed thickness and mix moisture and increasing the fuel content of raw mix.and granularity of coke breeze can all increase the FeD content in sinter. In addltlon,reducing R and increasing SiO2 content in sinter can also increase FeO content.
