摘要
以水下自主航行器保险装置水压膜贮存失效数据为背景,采用周期测量数据失效时刻划分方法对失效时间进行了转换,通过删失数据处理方法对贮存寿命服从概率分布进行拟合,并确定了对数正态分布是拟合最好的分布.应用极大似然函数法对对数正态分布的参数进行了估计,预测了水压膜在不同贮存年限的可靠度,为水下自主航行器贮存可靠性、维修性及寿命的设计提供理论依据.
By taking the failure data storage of hydrostatic membrane of autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV) safety appliance as study background,the failure time was first converted by using partitioning method of measuring data failure time periodically.Then the storage life submitting to probability distribution was fitted by using censored data processing method,and it was also determined that the Log-normal distribution was the best distribution for fitting.Finally by using maximum likelihood function,Log-normal distribution parameters was assessed and the reliability of hydrostatic membrane was predicted in different storage life,which offered theory evidence to the storage reliability,maintainability and the life design of autonomous underwater vehicle.
