摘要
依据引信在贮存状态下的失效特点,建立了在引信寿命试验中失效时间分布的数学模型,并以某引信为研究对象进行了试验,利用迭代估计方法,对试验数据进行了分析,得到了引信寿命试验的失效估计时间。
According to fuze＇ s failure feature in storage conditions, a mathematical model was established to estimate the failure time of fuze in life test. The model was used to analyze the test data using iterative estimation method. The failure time estimation of the fuze in life testing was given.
