摘要
目的:研究田基黄片的质量控制方法。方法:采用TLC鉴别药材中的槲皮素,用HPLC测定槲皮素含量。结果:槲皮素的含量测定范围在2μg～40μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为0.4%。结论:所建立的方法对田基黄片所含槲皮素可准确、快速地定性,并可对其中的槲皮素进行定量,可作为田基黄片的质量控制方法。
Objective：To study the quality control of HypericumjaponicmThunb Tablets.Methods：identified the ingredients quercetinum by TLC;the content of guercetinum was determined by HPLC.Results： guercetinum showed a good linear relationship at the range of 2 μg～40 μg,r=0.999 8.The average recovery was 97.8% and RSD was 0.4%.Conlusion：The established method is accurate,reliable,and can be used for the quality control of HypericumjaponicmThunb Tablets.
