摘要
作为广西首个海洋学院,钦州学院海洋学院的成立在广西各界受到广泛关注。在立足现状的基础上,海洋学院应借助政府扶持、区位优越等支撑因子,认清自身的承载职能和发展路径,寻求科学的发展对策。以"立足北部湾,服务广西与大西南,辐射南海与东盟"为办学定位,争质量、多积累、多贡献,为打造"地方性、海洋性、国际性"的办学特色作长远储备。
As the first marine college in Guangxi, the establishment of Qinzhou University Marine College （on Sep. 28, 2010） has attracted extensive attention throughout the Guangxi Province, south China. Based on current situations, the Marine College should draw helps from supporting factors such as government aids and superior locational advantages, recognize its functions and development path, and search scientific development strategies. The College should be run according to the orientation of ＂standing on Beibu Gulf, serve Guangxi and the Great Southwest, and radiate South China Sea and ASEAN＂. It should strive for good quality, accumulate more and contribute more so as to meet the long-term goal of creating schooling features of ＂locality, oceanity and internationalism＂.
