摘要
分析了高职院校岗位设置管理制度改革的情况,认为应以科学发展观为统领,坚持以人为本,立足现实、着眼长远、统筹兼顾、积极稳妥地推进改革并在实践中不断研究与探索,不断深化人事制度改革,这是推进收入分配制度改革的迫切需要。
This paper analyzes the reform situation of post establishment management in higher vocational institute,holds that it should adhere to the principles of scientific development and people-orientedness,keep up with the times,think long time,make overall plans and take all factors into consideration,to enhance the reform of post establishment actively and firmly and deepen the personnel reform,which is an urgent task for the personnel and distribution reform.
