管侧沟茧蜂雌蜂日龄和寄生经历对寄生率及子代的影响 被引量:6

摘要 室内研究了不同日龄管侧沟茧蜂雌虫及寄生经历对寄主粘虫的寄生率和后代性比等的影响。结果表明:管侧沟茧蜂对寄主的寄生率随着雌蜂日龄的不同而变化,无寄生经历和有寄生经历雌蜂对寄主的寄生率在3日龄时达到最大,分别为52.38%和54.61%;之后随着雌蜂日龄的增加,寄生率逐渐降低。无寄生经历和有寄生经历的2日龄雌蜂寄生寄主所产子代的茧重最大,分别为2.96mg和2.85mg,子代茧重随着雌蜂日龄增加而逐渐降低。子代雌蜂体重有随母代雌蜂日龄增加呈先高后低的变化趋势,子代雄蜂体重在低日龄(0~2d)和高日龄(7d)处理时较轻,在中间日龄(3~6d)处理较重而且恒定。1~3日龄雌蜂所产子代雌雄比较高,3日龄时最高,而后随着母代雌蜂日龄的增加呈下降趋势,新羽化未交配雌蜂寄生得到的后代均为雄性。管侧沟茧蜂的寄生经历对寄生率、子代茧重、子代性比和子代成蜂重量影响差异不显著。 The effects of female adult age and parasitism experience on the parasitic rate and offspring of Microplitis tuberculifer Wesmael were studied.The results showed that the parasitic rate increased at the beginning and then fell down,both of the experienced and inexperienced wasps had the highest parasitic rate when they were at 3-day old,which were 52.38% and 54.61%,respectively.The cocoon weight of offspring was the highest when the experienced and inexperienced wasp were at 2-day old,which reached 2.96-2.85 mg.Then it decreased with the increasing of female adult age.The adult weight of female offspring increased at the beginning and then fell down.However,the adult weight of male offspring at 0-2 day old and 7 day old was lower than that at 3-6 day old.The ratio of female to male of offspring produced by 1-3 day old wasp was higher,and it reached the highest when the female adult was at 3-day old.Then,the ratio became falling down.The offspring produced by newly emerged female without copulation was all male.Moreover,the parasitized experience had no significant effects on the parasitic rate,cocoon weight of offspring,the ratio of female to male,and adult weight.
