摘要
因市场竞争日趋激烈,越来越多的企业采用了团队作为其主要的运作方式,对于团队有效性的研究已成为组织行为学的研究热点。本文论述了现有的团队有效性的理论模型,并结合国内外最新研究结果分析了对团队有效性影响比较显著的几个因素,然后概述了团队有效性的考察,最后提出了目前团队有效性研究的局限性和未来研究的方向。
With the knowledge based economy era, the market increasingly compeuuve, more and more enterprises have adopted the team as their primary operation mode; the effectiveness of team has become a research hotspot in organizational behavior research. This paper discussed the existing theoretical model of team effectiveness, combined with the results of the latest research, and analyzed several factors which significantly affected team effectiveness, And then discussed the evaluation of team effectiveness, Finally, some limits on the existing research are discussed and new directions for future research are indicated.
