摘要
从电大开办以来,兼职教师一直发挥着重要的、不可或缺的作用,特别是在地市级城市,由于办学条件所限,地市级电大兼职教师更是做出了巨大的贡献。对兼职教师队伍进行研究是实现电大教育目标、培养高等专门人才的需要,是电大提高质量、持续发展的需要。加强兼职教师队伍的管理是一项长期的建设任务,电大要在激烈的人才竞争中立于不败之地,除了加强专职教师队伍建设外,还应重视和加强兼职教师队伍的研究与管理。
Ever since the opening of Radio and TV University,part-time teachers have played an important and indispensable role in running the university,especially on prefecture-level city level,where part-time teachers made big commitments because of restriction of teaching conditions.It is necessary to research on the part-time faculty to realize Radio and TV University＇s educational goals and cultivate specialized talents for its sustainable development.To keep its invincible position in the intense competition for talented people,Radio and TV University should pay special attention to the research and management of part-time teachers,in addition to strengthening the team construction of full-time teachers.
