摘要
为了实现对数据快速精确的采集,提出了一种基于DSP、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)和高精度模数转换器ADS8364的多通道实时采集系统。该系统主要通过FPGA控制ADS8364对模拟量信号进行采集,DSP将采集的信号进行预处理并且通过CAN总线与上位机通信,实现数据的存储、处理及显示。对被测量进行多点检测,在软件中进行数据融合处理,提高了检测的精度。该系统具有采集速度快、精度高、结构简单、可靠性高等特点,具有广泛的应用前景。文中重点阐述了系统原理及各模块的硬件、软件设计。
In order to acquire the data accurately and rapidly,a multi-channel real-time acquisition system based on DSP,field programmable gates array(FPGA)and ADS8364 was proposed.This system mainly acquired analog signals by ADS8364 controlled by FPGA,then DSP pretreated these signals and communicated with PC through the CAN bus,which realized the data storage,processing and display.This system can improve precision by using the multi-point detection and data fusion.This system is of simple structure,high speed,high reliability and high accuracy,which has a broad prospect of application.
