汽轮发电机不同冷却介质对定子传热特性的影响 被引量:27

摘要 为研究大型汽轮发电机通风冷却系统对电机定子区域的冷却情况,研究不同冷却介质对电机温度分布的影响,以200MW汽轮发电机为例,建立半个轴向段的多风路通风系统三维流动与传热耦合的物理模型和数学模型,采用数值方法对采用不同冷却介质的电机流体场和温度场进行了耦合计算,定量分析空气和氢气冷却能力对电机温升的影响。分析流体性质的改变对气隙轴向流速分布和不同通风沟入口风速的影响;计算得到了流固耦合面上的散热系数的具体分布;分析定子主绝缘的温降变化,发现氢冷时绝缘温差比空冷时要低13℃,有助于减小热应力对绝缘造成的损害。 In order to research the influences of large turbine generator ventilating system on the stator cooling and stator temperature distribution,taking 200MW turbine generator for example,the mathematical and physical model for 3D fluid and temperature coupling analysis of stator multipath ventilation system of half axial section was established.The fluid and temperature fields of motor with different cooling medium were coupled calculated using numerical method.The influence of hydrogen and air cooling capacity on temperature rise was quantitative analyzed.The influences of the changes of fluid properties on axial velocity distribution and inlet velocity of different ventilation ducts were analyzed.The heat transfer coefficients in fluid-structure contact surface were calculated.In addition to that,the temperature drop of stator insulation was analyzed,and the insulation temperature drop using hydrogen cooling is lower 13℃ than that of using air cooling.It helps to reduce damages caused by stresses on insulation.
