摘要
应用圆柱坐标系的三维温度场计算模型 ,求解了QFS 30 0 2汽轮发电机端部的温度场分布 ,并应用传热学理论研究了散热系数、等效热传导系数等问题。通过与 2台机组十多种工况的实测数据对比 ,验证了所建模型的正确性。最后将文中的计算结果与采用传统直角坐标模型计算所得结果进行了比较。
Using finite element method to calculate thermal distribution is introduced in this paper. Then the thermal distribution in the end region of QFS 300 2 turbo generator is calculated. The calculated results were well agreement with the measured results. And the thermal distribution under different cooling modes is studied. The calculated results use model in cylindricalcoordinate are compared with the results use model in rectangular coordinate.
