摘要
家电零售商为制造商提供丰富的销售渠道之时,也给制造商带来大量具有盘剥性质的费用成本.针对这一现象,将第三方物流服务商引入到闭环供应链系统中来,通过分析正向和逆向物流费用在制造商和零售商之间的分担比例,发现零售商承担的正向或逆向物流费用比例越大,则供应链节点企业的利润均会得到提高,从而通过设置合理的分摊比例,可以达到优化供应链的目的.另外进一步分析了非合作博弈下的外包策略及步骤,发现运用物流费用分摊比例的大小可以进行外包决策;在合作决策下,为了避免合作失败的风险,运用不对称的NASH协商模型设计了供应链系统的利益分配方法及步骤,最后通过数值算例进一步加以说明.
At present,retailer proposes rich marketing channel for manufacturer,but the unfairness is appeared. So third party logistics service provider is introduced to closed loop supply chain system,and the price of forward logistics service and reverse logistics service is shared by manufacturer and retailer.It is found the loading ratio of service price for retailer is larger,enterprises' profit is also improved.Outsourcing strategy is given with loading ratio of service price,decision maker can make outsourcing decisions by loading ratio under non-cooperative game.In order to avoid cooperative risk,supply chain coordination method is given by Nash negotiation model.Finally conclusions are verified with an example.
