摘要
目的探讨增殖抑制基因(HSG)以及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测HSG和VEGF在胃正常黏膜、癌旁组织及胃癌组织中的表达。结果胃正常黏膜、癌旁组织及胃癌组织HSG的阳性表达率分别为66.7%、58.0%和38.3%,正常黏膜组到胃癌组HSG表达率呈递减趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF在3组中的阳性表达率分别为13.3%、20.0%和68.3%,正常黏膜组到胃癌组的表达率呈递增趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman等级相关分析显示,HSG与VEGF表达呈负相关(r=-0.847,P<0.05)。结论 HSG与VEGF的过表达可能是胃癌发生发展以及转移的重要原因之一。
Objective To explore the expression and significance of human hyperplasic suppress gene(HSG) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in gastric carcinoma.Methods The changes of HSG and VEGF expressions in normal gastric mucosa,para-carcinoma tissues and gastric carcinoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results The positive expression rate of HSG in normal mucosa,para-carcinoma tissues and gastric carcinoma tissues was 66.7%,58.0% and 38.3%,respectively,which showed a trend of significant decrease(P0.05).The positive expression rate of VEGF in the three groups was 13.3%,20.0% and 68.3%,respectively,showing a trend of significant increase(P0.05);Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expression of HSG protein was negatively correlated with that of VEGF protein(r=-0.847,P0.05).Conclusion Over-expressions of HSG and VEGF are one of the important factors in the genesis,development and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
