摘要
采用棉用高牢度固色剂TF-234B对活性染色棉织物进行处理,探讨了影响其固色效果的因素,优化了固色工艺,即固色剂TF-234B 3%(omf),固色温度50℃,固色时间20 min,浴比1:10,焙烘温度160℃,NH4Cl 15 g/L。试验表明,采用固色剂处理后的纯棉染色织物,其耐水洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐干摩擦色牢度和耐水泡色牢度均能达4～5级,耐湿摩擦色牢度提高到3级,而且固色前后织物的顶破强力无显著变化,布面甲醛释放量小于20 mg/kg。
Fixative TF-234B is used to reactive dyeing of cotton fabric with high fastness. The factors affecting the fixation effect are discussed and optimized. That is TF-234B 3% （omf）, fixing at 50 ℃ for 20 min, liquor ratio 1： 10, curing at 160 ℃, NH4Cl 15 g/L. The finished fabric features high color fastness to washing, perspiration, dry rubbing and hot water of 4 -5 grade, color fastness to wet rubbing of 3 grade. The change of bursting strength is very small, and formaldehyde content is less than 20mg/kg.
