摘要
以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和烯丙基胺(AA)为原料合成聚合物CR,与胺类聚合物CS复配制,得活性染料耐氯固色剂CRS。将其应用于棉活性染料染色布固色整理,以CR/CS配比75/20、用量2%~4%(owf)、浴比1:10—1:20,pH值7、40℃处理20~30min,发现处理织物的耐氯色牢度可提高约1级。
Chlorine-resistant reactive dye fixing agent CRS was prepared by mixing polyamine CS and polymer CR synthesized by dimethyldiallyl-ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) and allylamine (AA). It was used in after-fixing stage of the reactive cotton dyeings. Under the condition of CR/CS mixing ratio 75/20, dosage 2 % - 4 % ( owf), liquid ratio 1 : 10 - 1 : 20, pH value 7, trea- ting 20 -30 min at 40 ℃, the results were better than the similar products, the color fastness to chlorine upgraded about 1 level.
