摘要
随着高等教育的迅速发展,特别是现代化网络信息技术在高校图书馆的应用,图书馆读者服务工作发生了深刻的变化,现代服务模式取代传统服务模式,焕发出勃勃生机,服务方式向现代化和人性化方向迈进。高校图书馆应努力完善新型服务模式,优化读者服务工作,提高读者服务工作质量,满足读者日益增长的对文献信息的需求。
The rapid development of higher education,in particular,modern information technology in the university library network applications,library service has undergone profound changes,the modern service model to replace the traditional service model,full of vitality,services and humane way to the modern direction.University libraries should strive to perfect the new service model,readers optimization services,improve the quality of reader service,to meet the reader＇s growing demand for information in the literature.
