摘要 目的探讨P504S联合CK34βE12、p63抗体在前列腺活检组织中表达的诊断价值。方法应用微波免疫组化方法,选用P504S联合CK34βE12、p63抗体对82例前列腺电切和/或穿刺标本切片进行检测。结果 P504S在36例前列腺癌标本均呈阳性表达(100%),在36例前列腺良性增生标本、4例前列腺非典型性腺瘤标本均呈阴性表达或呈局灶性弱阳性表达,在6例高级别PIN标本1例阴性表达,前列腺癌与前列腺良性增生、前列腺非典型性腺瘤之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与高级别PIN之间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);p63和CK34βE12在36例前列腺癌均呈阴性表达(100%),在36例前列腺良性增生、4例前列腺非典型腺瘤性增生、6例高级别PIN均呈阳性表达,在前列腺癌与其他病变之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用P504S与p63或CK34βE12联合检测有助于提高前列腺癌诊断的准确率,尤其适用于前列腺穿刺活检标本良恶性鉴别。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of P504S, CK34βE12 and p63 expression in prostate biopsy. Methods 82 cases of prostate transurethral resection and (or) puncture biopsy specimens were checked with P504S, CK34βE12 and p63 antibodies by us- ing microwave immunohistoehemistry method. Results P504S showed positive expression (100%) in the 36 cases of prostate cancer speci- mens, but showed negative or weakly positive expression in the 36 prostatic hyperplasia specimens and 4 prostate atypical adenoma speci- mens, and one case showed negative expression of the 6 high grade PIN specimens. The expression difference was statistically significant between prostate cancer, benign prostate hyperplasia and prostate atypical adenoma (P〈0.05), but comparing with the high grade PIN group, it was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). p63 and CK34βE12 showed negative expression (100%) in the 36 prostate cancer specimens, but they showed positive expression in the 36 prostatic hyperplasia specimens, 4 prostate atypical adenoma specimens and the 6 high grade PIN specimens. The expression difference was statistically significant between prostate cancer and other diseases (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The combination detection of P504S and p63 or CK34βE12 helps to improve the diagnostic accuracy of prostate cancer, especially for the identification of benign and malignant prostate disease in specimens biopsy.
