摘要
和谐学术生态建设作为构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,已受到社会各界的广泛关注。大学学术生态系统同自然生态系统具有相当程度的同构性,竞争与共生是大学学术生态系统主体间协同进化的重要形式,开放与平衡是大学学术生态系统主体与环境间协同进化基本状态。在学术主体与主体之间、学术主体与环境之间的协同进化机制作用下,能不断完善系统结构,增强系统功能,提升大学学术生态系统竞争力。
Building harmonious academic ecosystem as an important component for constructing harmonious society has received widespread attention.The college academic ecosystem has isomorphic with natural ecosystem.Competition and paragenesis are important forms among main bodies in college academic co-evolving ecosystem.Opening and balance are basic conditions between main body and environment in college academic co-evolving ecosystem.System structure can be consummated and competitive power of college academic ecosystem can be promoted in the coevolution mechanism function of college academic ecosystem.
