摘要
报道鱼腥草及其制剂感冒宁滴剂中槲皮甙含量的高效液相色谱的测定方法。采用ODS柱 ,甲醇 -水 ( 45∶55) ,磷酸调节 pH值至 2 .5作流动相 ,用外标法测定了市售的鱼腥草及其制剂中槲皮甙的含量。本法简便、快速 。
RP_HPLC was used to determine the content of quercitrin in Herba Houttuynicae and Ganmaoning Drop, a compoud preparation with its aqueous extract.ODS column,a mobile phase of MeOH_H 2O(45∶55)adjusted to pH 2.5 with phosphoric acid,and external standard were applied for the content determination.The results indicate that this method is simple and rapid,with high accuracy and recovery rate.
