摘要
为解决传统三分量感应测井仪功放电路功率耗散较大,效率低,难以适应地下高温、高压及工作空间狭小的问题,利用D类功率放大器工作于开关状态,实际功耗小,效率高的特点,改进并设计一种低功耗的三分量感应测井仪发射电路.该电路采用改进的D类功率放大器对发射信号实现高效率的放大,由现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)控制发射频率的选择并输出发射触发信号.实验结果表明,该发射电路的设计能实现功率放大级的低功耗和高效率.
The circuits of 3-D induction logging tools,which work in the underground,face high temperature,high pressure,narrow space,with the strict limit on circuit's volume and the power loss.The traditional power amplifier circuit wattage dissipation is big,the efficiency is low.It satisfies the above request with difficulty.But class-D power amplifier works in on-off state,its actual power loss is small,the efficiency is high.This paper has designed one kind of low power 3-D induction logging tool transmission circuit.This circuit uses class-D power amplifier,and makes FPGA control transmitting frequency.The design of transmission circuit can realize the low power loss and the high efficiency through the experimental verification.
