摘要
目的 :比较吸入麻醉药七氟醚、异氟醚和安氟醚对离体兔胸主动脉环收缩功能的影响。方法 :将取自 2 4只新西兰白兔的离体胸主动脉环随机分为七氟醚、异氟醚、安氟醚三组。先用PE产生主动张力 ,稳定后分别吹入上述三种吸入麻醉药 ,记录不同浓度时的血管张力。结果 :与基础值 (麻醉药浓度为零时 )相比 ,血管张力在三种吸入麻醉药浓度为 1 0、1 5、2 0MAC时均显著降低 (P值分别小于 0 0 5、0 0 5、0 0 1)。安氟醚降低血管张力作用强于其他二药 ,在 2 0MAC时差异具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :七氟醚、异氟醚、安氟醚可通过直接作用于血管引起血管舒张 ,其中七氟醚与异氟醚作用强度接近 ,安氟醚作用相对较强。
Objective:To compare the effects of sevoflurane,isoflurane and enflurane on contractility of thoracic aortic rings of rabbit. Methods:Twenty four rings collected from 24 New Zealand white rabbits were divided into three groups, i.e.sevoflurane group,isoflurane group and enflurane group. Phenylephrine was added into tissue bath to contract rings for producing active tension. When stable active tension was obtained, sevoflurane, isoflurane or enflurane was added into the bath. Vascular rings tenion was recorded. Results: As compared with control (anesthetics concentration zero), vascular tension decreased significantly when these anesthetics concentrations were 1 0、1 5 and 2 0MAC ( P< 0 05,0 05,0 01,respectively). The action of enflurane was the strongest among three anesthetics. Conclusion:Sevoflurane,isoflurane and enflurane could relax vessel by affecting vessel directly. The action of enflurane is the strongest.
