摘要
计划经济体制在向市场经济体制转型期间,校长的身份也经历着从职务化向职业化转变。以行政主义为核心,以官本位为思想意识的长期影响下,转型期校长的两种身份割裂出现非常态。通过对校长专业化和角色定位等两个层面的调查分析校长职业化趋势的现状。表明广大校长的职务化身份依然凸显,实现职业化身份依然漫长。
During the transition period that changed the planned economy to the market economy,the identity of the headmasters is changing greatly from the Officialdom Standard to the Professionalization Standard.Under the long-term influence of the Officialdom Standard,the identity of headmasters have fragmented.Through the survey of specialization and job specialization,it shows that the identity of the majority of headmasters are positioned correctly and there is a long way to go to achieve the goal of professionalization of headmasters.
