摘要
目的探讨社区老年人睡眠质量与认知功能之间的关系。方法随机抽取长沙市某社区203名60岁以上老年人,分别采用简明精神状态量表(MMSE)、韦氏记忆量表中国修订版(WMS-C)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表(ESS)测量老年人的认知和睡眠状况。结果睡眠障碍和认知障碍的发生率分别为55.8%、11.8%;白天过度嗜睡风险较大者占11.3%;PSQI得分与MMSE得分呈负相关(r=-0.120,P=0.044);除入睡时间外,PSQI其余6个维度的得分与MMSE的注意力及计算力维度得分的相关均有统计学意义(P<0.05);除主观睡眠质量外,PSQI其余6个维度的得分与MMSE的语言得分的相关均有统计学意义(P<0.05);PSQI得分与联想记忆得分之间存在负相关(r=-0.158,P=0.012);ESS得分与顺背数字得分之间存在负相关(r=-0.142,P=0.021)。结论老年人的睡眠质量越高,认知功能越好。
Objective To explore the relationships between sleep quality and cognitive functions of the elderly in community. Methods Mini-Mental Status Examination（MMSE）,Wechsler Memory Scale China Revised Edition（WMS-C）,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）,Epworth Sleepiness Scale（ESS） were used to investigate the sleep and cognitive functions status of 203 60 more aged people who were randomly selected from a community in Changsha city. Results The incidences of sleep disorder and cognitive impairment were 55.8% and 11.8%,respectively;the rate of the risk of excess daytime sleeping was 11.3%.The scores of PSQI and MMSE were negatively related（r=-0.120,P=0.044）;except for time of falling asleep,the scores of PSQI in the other 6 dimensions were statistically correlated to attention and calculation ability of MMSE;except for subjective sleep quality,the scores of the other 6 sub-scales of PSQI were statistically correlated with the score of MMSE in language（P0.05）.The scores of PSQI was negatively correlated with associational learning（r=-0.158,P=0.012）;the scores of ESS was negatively correlated with the score of reciting numbers through forward directions（r=-0.142,P=0.021）. Conclusion The higher the sleep quality,the better cognitive functions for the older people.
