摘要
本文对山西野生蕨菜（Ｐｔｅｒｉｄｉｕｍａｑｕｉｌｉｎｕｍ（ｌ．）Ｒｕｈｎ）进行了生物学特性，矿质营养等方面的初步研究，经测定得知：蕨菜含有十分丰富的营养物质，具有高蛋白、高矿物质、高赖氨酸的特点，是人类理想的健康食品和有待开发利用的天然食品资源。
This article study the biological charicteristics of wild pteridophyte,minal nutrition,and so on.By test we know that pteridophyte is richin nutritive material, high protein, high minal material ,high lysine.So it's the ideal healthy food of human being and the developing profital natural food resource.
