摘要
教育资源的均衡配置是实现教育公平的必然要求,也是我国教育改革和发展的路径。本文在对影响教育资源均衡配置各种因素研究的基础上,运用层次分析方法从社会因素、制度因素和经济因素三个方面对各种影响因子进行定量化研究,从而建立教育资源均衡配置评价模型,为制定促进教育公平发展的政策提供科学依据。
The balanced distribution of the education resources is not only the inevitable requirement to realize the education fair but also the development path of China education reform.In this paper using a hierarchical analysis method(AHP),various factors have an influence on education resources balanced distribution,and have been checked,three factors including institutional factors,economic factors and social factors,have been quantitative analyzed.As a result,a evaluation model for education resources equilibrium distribution have been established.These give a strong scientific backing to formulate and promote fair-development policies of China's education.
