摘要
合成了3-羟基-2-萘醛缩氨基硫脲及其稀土配合物,通过IR、UV、元素分析、摩尔电导及热分析等进行了结构表征。在pH 7.22的Tris-HCl缓冲液中,采用紫外光谱、荧光光谱和黏度法研究了目标化合物与ct-DNA的相互作用。结果表明该化合物以插入式与ct-DNA键合。
The Schiff base of 3-hydroxy-2-naphthaldehyde with thiosemicarbazide and its rare earth complexes were synthesized.The structure has been characterized by IR,UV,TG-DTA,elements analysis and molar conductance analysis.The interaction between its complexes and ct-DNA has been studied by electronic absorption spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy,viscosity measurement in buffer solution of Tris-HCl(pH 7.22).All of the results indicated that the interaction of the complexes with ct-DNA is intercalation.
