摘要 采用水热法合成了Al-MCM-41分子筛,并以此为载体,浸渍法合成了含钛和锡的SO42-/Ti O2-SnO2-Al-MCM-41分子筛型固体超强酸催化剂。通过XRD、FT-IR、SEM、TG-DTA、BET、NH3-TPD、酸强度测定等分析测试手段,表征了其介孔结构和表面性质。以邻苯二甲酸酐和异辛醇为原料合成邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)为探针反应,考察了催化剂制备条件对反应的影响。 Al-MCM-41 was synthesized by hydrothermal method and using it as a carrier a solid superacid catalyst SO_4~2-/TiO_2-SnO_2-Al-MCM-41 was prepared by impregnation method.The structure and surface properties of the obtained materials were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,TG-DTA,BET,NH_3-TPD,acid strength determination and other testing methods.Dioctyl phthalate(DOP) was synthesized from phthalic anhydride and iso-octanol by using this catalyst,and the effects of different catalytic reaction conditions on yield of the product were investigated.
