摘要
目的:探讨64排螺旋CT心脏冠状动脉增强扫描的有效护理措施。方法:对我院2010年12月～2011年3月30例患者行64排螺旋CT检查前,护士均对每位患者进行心率控制,屏气训练及血压测量等准备工作,取得患者的信任。结果:29例患者心率均控制在70次以下,造影检查均成功,无不良反应。1例心率控制不好,检查失败。结论:检查前的有效准备和检查中及致的有效护理是成功完成冠状动脉CT检查的关键。
Objective To explore the effective care in patients with 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery angiography. Methods 30 patients underwent 64-slice spiral coronary CT angiography in our hospital from December 2010 to Mar 2011. Heart rate control, breath hold training and blood pressure measurement were conducted on each patient. Results In 29 patients, the heart rate were controlled below 70 times, and the angiography was successfully performed without adverse reaction. 1 patient with poor heart rate control failed the examination. Conclusion Ef- fective care before and in the examination is the key of successful coronary CT angiography.
