摘要
本文分析了心脏冠状动脉CT增强扫描检查中碘过敏反应发生的预防和护理方法,主要通过询问病史、消除患者的紧张情绪、准备好抢救设备与方案来预防碘过敏的发生,而患者一旦出现了过敏症状应立即停用造影剂,并对症治疗及相应的护理。
In this paper,the author analyzed the prevention and nursing of iodine allergy reaction in coronary artery CT enhancement scan.We prevented iodine allergy through asking medical history,eliminating intense sentiment of the patient,readying to rescue equipment and solutions,while the patients once appeared allergy symptoms,we should immediately stop using the contrast agent,and give symptomatic treatment and nursing measures.
