摘要
随着社会对人才的要求不断提高和就业竞争压力的加大,高职院校现行的就业指导教学已经不能满足学生和社会的要求,应针对高职院校就业指导教学的现状与问题,积极探索高职院校就业指导课教学的有效途径,不断提升高职学生的就业创业能力。
With continually increasing demands for qualified personnel and employment competition in society,the present career guid-ance teaching can not meet with the requirements of the students and the society.Aiming at the present situation and prob-lems in career guidance teaching in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to actively explore the effective teaching meth-ods to improve the higher vocational students＇ job-hunting and entrepreneurial capacities.
