摘要
就业指导课是高校培养大学生职业生涯规划意识,树立正确就业、择业观念的主要渠道,对于指导大学生如何实现就业具有重要作用。在找准就业指导课在大学课程中的定位,正确审视目前就业指导课中存在的问题的基础上,将情景教学法应用于就业指导课,有利于提高就业指导课的实效。。
Since the employment situation is increasingly serious, improving university students' employment not only needs the efforts of the students, but also the collaborative support of the state, society, colleges and universities. As a university for cultivating talents, the litmus test of a university personnel training effect is the effort to do a good job in college student employments and realize their personal values. Employment Guidance Course in colleges and universities is the main channel to train and develop college students' career planning consciousness and set up correct concept of employment, which plays an important role in how to guide college student employment. From the perspective of the situation teaching, it is necessary to further explore the reform of the teaching pattern of Employment Guidance Course.
