摘要
采用过氧化氢为主剂的木材表面处理剂， 对水曲柳薄木贴面装饰板进行辊涂法工业性连续试验。结果表明： 按国家装饰板标准大部分水曲柳薄木贴面装饰板外观质量明显上一档次； 处理对水曲柳薄木贴面装饰板力学性能无影响； 油漆安全性试验符合要求， 处理成本只有０１０ ～０３０ 元·张－ １ ， 具有生产应用价值。图１
Veneered plywood of Fraxinus mandshurica was treated with H 2O 2 etc.as surface treatment agent of wood.The results of continual roller tests indicated that appearance of majority of tested veneered plywood was obviously improved,and was far beyong the national standard of decorative board.The property of veneered plywood not affected by treatment,and accorded with the relevand national standards in paint security.Treatment cost was only 0 10～0 30 yuan RMB per veneered plywood.
