薄木贴面聚氯乙烯基木塑复合材料贴面工艺参数对其性能的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Technical Parameters on Performance of Veneered PVC-based Wood/Plastic Composites

摘要 探究热压温度、时间、压力因子对薄木贴面聚氯乙烯(PVC)基木塑复合材料表观质量的影响,并以硅烷偶联剂改善薄木与PVC木塑基材之间界面的胶接性能。结果显示,以质量分数1.4%的KH-550为偶联剂,在热压温度130℃、热压压力1.5 MPa、热压时间200 s的工艺下,薄木贴面PVC基木塑复合材料的综合性能最佳;薄木和PVC木塑基材之间形成了紧密的界面结合。 Influences of the hot pressing variables such as temperature,time and pressure were investigated on performance of veneered PVC-based wood/plastic composites(WPC).Silane coupling agent of KH-550 was applied in order to improve interface bonding behavior between the veneer and the WPC substrate.The results showed that composite samples had the best performance under the following manufacturing conditions as applying 1.4%of KH-550 silane coupling agent,130℃of hot-pressing temperature,1.5 MPa of hot pressing pressure and 200 s of pressing time.A firm and tight interface between the veneer and the WPC substrates through SEM images was further observed.
