摘要
目的探讨出血性脑卒中复发的危险因素。方法回顾性分析80例复发出血性脑卒中患者和122例未复发的出血性脑卒中患者的相关危险因素,采用SPSS软件进行数据统计分析。结果单因素分析显示:抽烟、饮酒、高血压、糖尿病、颈动脉斑块是出血性脑卒中复发的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论抽烟、饮酒、高血压、糖尿病、颈动脉斑块等因素是出血性脑卒中复发的危险因素,需采取综合干预措施预防和治疗出血性脑卒中的复发。
Objective To identify the risk factors for the cerebral hemorrhage stroke recurrence.Methods Retrospective analyzes of the risk factors by the case-control study choose 80 cases and 122 controls.Data was analyzed by SPSS software.Results one-way analysis of variance showed that smoking, drink, hypertension, diabetes, carotid artery plaque were positively correlated to recurrence for the cerebral hemorrhage stroke （P〈0.05）.Conclusion smoking, drink, hypertension, diabetes and carotid artery plaque are risk factors for recurrence of the cerebral hemorrhage stroke.
