摘要
针对科学研究变得越来越复杂,科研人员越来越难把握热点知识的问题,提出科研机构中以研究领域来划分范围形成学科联盟,再通过一个学术资源共建共享的平台来实现辅助学术力量薄弱的单位和个人进行科学研究。通过对平台的信息推送机制、用户需求挖掘、后台数据采集和指标评价热点四个主要模块的实施过程进行详述,验证了研究内容的合理性和可行性。
Scientific research is becoming more and more complex and it is more and more difficult for researchers to grasp the hot spot knowledge. The article proposes forming discipline alliance divided by research institutions＇ field of research and a shared academic resources platform to help weak academic units and individuals with scientific research. By description of the information push mechanism, user needs mining, data collection and hotspot evaluation of the platform＇s implementation processes, the rationality and feasibility of the research is testified.
